You can exchange or return any merchandise within 14 days of the day of receipt, except for special or custom order. A 20% return in stock may be deducted. Contact us at info@equinoxstainless.com to verify the authorization of return. Please return the goods its original condition. Please note that we will not accept any merchandise previously used. The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 7 days so that a correction or a replacement can be made.
